This package can manage accounts and pages of the Telegra.ph site.

It can send HTTP requests to the Web server of Telegraph.php to perform several types of operations with user accounts and their pages.

Currently, it can:

- Create a new user account

- Edit account information

- Get account information

- Create a new page
